Water Conservation
By-Law
The Town of Pasadena has adopted a Water Conservation By-Law to help promote responsible water use and protect our municipal water supply and infrastructure.
Under the by-law, lawn and garden watering is permitted during the following times:
Even-numbered properties: Tuesdays and Saturdays, 5:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Odd-numbered properties: Thursdays and Sundays, 5:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
New lawns: Daily for up to 60 days, but must be registered with the Town.
Gardens: Hand watering is permitted anytime with a watering can or shut-off nozzle.
Vehicle washing and exterior property cleaning are permitted with a shut-off nozzle.
Watering outside permitted times, misuse, or waste of water is prohibited.
